How do we understand a relationship when the abilities and dependencies of its participants are changing?
Who Is the Snake? brings questions about human and machine intelligence into conversation with institutions, evidence, material constraints and accountability.
The aim is to examine what is being delegated, what can still be reconstructed, and what people remain able to do for themselves.
